RENTAL
What you will find on board.
Generator, central heat/air, TV, DVD, VCR, AM/FM CD player (I-Pod/MP-3 hookup) with speakers throughout the vessel,
gas grill with propane tank, grilling tools, dryer, smooth top range, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, automatic
coffee maker, blender, chopper, mixer, toaster, eating and cooking utensils, cookware, place settings for 14, pillows and sheets,
life jackets (for emergency use only), water slide, 6-person hot tub, lounge chairs for sunbathing, bar and bar stools on top
deck, patio furniture on front deck for outdoor dining, patio on back deck for your leisure and 2 large (150qt) ice chest.
Our 2008  Luxury Houseboats are fueled with 200 gallons of gas and uniquely designed and equipped with 400 gallons of fresh
water.

What you will need to bring.
Bath towels, wash cloths, beach towels, blankets, life jackets for swimming or other water sports (checkout our assortment
of watertoy rentals), DVD's, CD's, your favorite board games, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, trash bags,
hygiene items, hand soap, if you don't want to wash dishes bring; plastic cups, plates and cutlery.

Reservation Deposit
Reservations may be made by phone, email or in person. We accept major credit cards, travelers checks, or money orders
& personnel checks. A $500 deposit is required within 10 business days to reserve your Luxury Houseboat. Upon receipt of
deposit, a confirmation letter will be mailed along with your rental agreement.Your $500 deposit is not applicable for your
houseboat rental.

Departure
Before departure, full payment of rental fee must be made with either cash, cashiers check or money order. Personal checks
are accepted, if received thirty days prior to your vacation period. Your deposit cannot be used to pay rental fee, as it becomes
a damage deposit and will held until the boat is returned in a safe and undamaged condition. You will be given a general briefing
of the houseboat by a staff member and driven out of the harbor area.

Returning
The vessel must be outside Cedar Grove Marina's harbor for escort at your scheduled time. If the boat is returned clean and
undamaged, we'll refund your $500 deposit within 5 to 7 business days. You will only be responsible for the gas used during your voyage at this point.

Policies and Regulations
There is a $150 cancellation fee on your reservation. No refunds will be given on cancellations made 60 days prior to departure.

Renter must be at least 21 years of age.

Sorry, No Pets Allowed.

Renter must have a secondary boat with each houseboat rental.
